Where are the drive...

We had a major storm through here recently and we suffered damage to the house roof and ceilings. I just received the quote to repair. I’m hoping that a small fraction of the 80,000 odd people that download SDIO and/or Desktop Info every month won’t mind chipping in a few dollars to help out. By default, the drivers are stored in a directory called "drivers" directly below the directory where SDIO.exe is located. This can be changed in the options.

if you have a rar file, then I don't know where you got it from. The official release is zip format from www.snappy-driver-installer.org.

I don't know to what you are referring. if you are looking for downloaded driver packs, they will be in the drivers directory or the updates directory if downloads are in progress. if you're looking for unaccounted space I suggest you use a diagnostic tool such as TreeSize.

What i am trying to say is - i just double clicked SDIO_x64_R722.exe but from the zip file , i didn't unzip the file then double click the exe file , i did it directly from the zip.
And now i can't find the download folder of the drivers , i have no "drivers" folder on my compuer.
Did i explain bit better this time ? 🙂

check where winrar extracts to, possibly:

C:Users\AppDataLocalTemp

Check Winrar's Options > Settings > Paths tab.

like i said, use TreeSize if you're looking for 5GB of missing files.
