In a nutshell, the Windows installer returns the error. It will not install the selected driver. You can speculate exactly why.
I had a similar problem myself just yesterday. In my case, I worked my way down the list of alternatives until one installed. Remember to create restore points at each step.
Tried installing one by one down the list, but sadly none works, and some give error 0 instead. how to fix this?
that driver pack is pretty old. you should update it. if that fails, look for drivers on the OEM web site, if that fails go the intel web site, i notice they mention issues with the icls client not installing.
how even should i update it? which hardware does it corespond in device manager?

@glenn but it doesnt have updated dp_chipset_24110.7z for me to download...
and i suspect the drivers are too new, maybe older driver works?
can the driver pack include older drivers?
do u have older icls drivers like in 2018? ms update catalog is hard to use but theyre hard to find elsewhere.
