We had a major storm through here recently and we suffered damage to the house roof and ceilings. I just received the quote to repair. I’m hoping that a small fraction of the 80,000 odd people that download SDIO and/or Desktop Info every month won’t mind chipping in a few dollars to help out. Hi,
The Dolby APO Software Device (HSA) driver cannot be installed (Error 103).
I found a link elsewhere to another version of the latest required driver, dax3_swc_hsa.inf 3.30803.830.0.
I manually forced the installation and so far, I haven't had any audio bugs.
Is there any way to permanently hide an unwanted driver (in this case, I definitely don't want the update offered for the Elan driver)?
Such a feature would be very useful, as would a filter to display only Intel drivers, for example.

No, it would be a good feature to have. I find I sleep better at night if I switch off the "Newer" option in Expert Mode and just leave "Not Installed" and "Better Match" checked.

It says no matching drivers found in single INF. I wonder if there is a problem reading the temp files extracted from the driver packs?
