I am seeing few drivers, in which my system has newer versions of the driver and the SDIO driver packs are having older versions.
Still, SDIO says there is a newer version available to install. This happens in public build as well as latest beta (v8) versions of SDIO. I have downloaded the latest driver packs today.

All Intel drivers. In every case the installed driver has a higher version number and the available driver has a later date. You'd have to do some research to understand what Intel is up to. For example, I know Intel graphics drivers are rethinking their version numbering system.
If you have SDIO filters set to show Newer drivers then you can expect to see this. Just remember, Newer isn't always Better. If you choose to install these drivers you should also Create A Restore Point so you can roll back if needed.
