Any idea why I am seeing different drive size in DesktopInfo 2.11?

Disk Management displays disk sizes using binary bytes. This in contrast to the disk manufacturers that use decimal bytes. If you want your display to match Disk Management, change the display transformation to lower case to show binary bytes.
display:%6[1.1b]B / %5[1.1b]B
