        windows 10 ent 64bit
        product version 1.11
        only if i kill the process and run it again, the language file is loaded

        the output – “windows cannot find english.ini. make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

            the language file is defined in the main ini file but it still cannot find it

            i did “language=english.ini” on the main ini file
