Windows 10 Pro
After using SDIO to create a restore point and then installing all the drivers it said were ready…….. It crashed and will not reboot. Automatic recovery does not work. The restore point created at the beginning of the process is not listed. And restore to a couple of weeks ago won’t allow it to boot either. I’m in a heap of hurt. Not sure how to roll back the driver files it replaced, but I’ll give it a go.
I feel your pain. The first idea that comes to mind is to boot into safe mode and start uninstalling devices from device manager to the point that it will start booting again in normal mode. Once you get there, let Windows install it’s own drivers. If that goes well, be content with that or at best use SDIO to install any drivers that Windows can’t find.
