“Eclecticism, (from Greek eklektikos, “selective”), in philosophy and theology, the practice of selecting doctrines from different systems of thought without adopting the whole parent system for each doctrine.” – Encyclopaedia Britannica.
Hi we have just rolled this out across the business and its great. only feedback we have had from users is they couldn’t get at their icons behind the window.
would it be possible to create a Docked mode where the window shrinks to a small square, users can click on to maximise it again, to click links, websites etc. Also Service Desk could ask Users to click it to get information they require. machine name etc etc
The point of transparency is that you *can* access the desktop icons so I presume you have disabled or lowered transparency?
I can imagine displaying a regular icon on the desktop that, when double clicked, would open up the normal display but then why not just deploy a shortcut to the desktop that opens the “/f” version of Desktop Info ? (ie. desktopinfo-technician.bat)
