I created italian.ini with the strings in the language folder.
But when i run the program the “language” menu option is in grey.Thanks.

Did you remember to put the “Language” entry in the [options] section of the desktopinfo.ini file? -

@Glen
I believe that master English language should have (except for the text strings value) tehs me structure and contents of not English language.

BATTERY=BatteriaIn not English language there are some sections like
[options]
[pages]
[items]are not a available in English language.
As I explained I believe that for a better translation check English language should have the some structure and line order of not English ones.Some proposals for new version
– Explain where (path/file name) the default configuration file will be copied.
– make an example about Language settings like
Language=french.ini
Why “Language” option in floating window didn’t do anything?
I believe that you can change on the fly the language selecetd.Thanks.

There is a detailed explanation of the language files in the manual. All of your questions are answered there.
desktopinfo.ini is the master English language file. It is always changing. I haven’t yet worked out how to keep the sample language files up to date with the master file. I’ll improve that generated english.ini file so it looks more like the master ini file.
