CONTROL button-color should support variables

I tried the following:

CONTROL=active:3,type:0,text:,button-color:%Blue%,display:Windows Update,uri:explorer,args:ms-settings:windowsupdate and that doesn't create a blue button. Only

CONTROL=active:3,type:0,text:,button-color:%Blue%,display:Windows Update,uri:explorer,args:ms-settings:windowsupdate   and that doesn't create a blue button. Only

will work
