i cannot see how to change the colour for these controls

thanks for the heads up, i took a look but dont really know what i am doing to be honest.

This is what i have

button-color: #4CAF50
COLOR=%white%
CONTROL=type:0,button-color=%orange%,wide:1,width:115,display:My Tickets,uri:https:
CONTROL2=left:125,width:115,display:Log an Incident,uri:https://
CONTROL2=left:250,width:115,display:Service Catalog,uri:https://

but it doesnt work for me so clearly wrong.
