Driver ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series for Windows XP-SP2 x64 Edition Good evening. There is a desire to add the driver ATI Radeon HD 4800 series version 8.950.0.0 for WinXP SP2 x64 Edition to the driver pack. In my experience, this is the latest stable version of the driver for this operating system. With newer versions, BSOD takes place during the work of some calculation programs (in particular, BOINC-manager v.7.14.2). Depending on the installed driver version, the error descriptions were different, now I don’t remember ... SDI v.1.6.1 with DP AMD-XP 20...

Move the SDIO project to GitHub? I think you should consider moving the source code of the Snappy Driver Installer to Github, so it could get more contributors as there are many users that can help with the project and effective issue reporting etc. Github would be the better source code hosting option IMO.

Telegram chat community It would be really nice to be possible for the contributors & users of SDIO to communicate in real time, so i created a SDIO Telegram group. Plus, i found no way of contacting you (main dev Glenn) There are many Telegram groups for various open source projects. If you (main dev) have a telegram, please join the group or create an account so i can make you an admin. If you don't want this, i can as well remove it, but i will make you an "owner" and you can remove me as admin if you want. Grou...

ADI Driverpacks First of all, thank you for developing and maintaining this essential utility. SDIO includes the driverpack DP_Sound_ADI_17000, however, ADI drivers were migrated to the DP_Sound_Others_* pack. Therefore, could the older ADI pack be removed from future releases, and could the del_old_driverpacks.bat script be modified to delete it?

So this is where you have been hiding? If you would prefer me keep this place quiet of the main user traffic let me know. Not seeing another route, is this the way to report application issues, package/driver issues, or even the fuzzy area in between where origin offers adi package which is merged into others (in 2017?) and therefore not found in the source of the packages anymore? Still wonder about some of the history that wasn't clear among a few other questions too. In any case, thanks for keeping it alive.

/? output could use some ♥ Passing the /? output to the executable opens a GUI output of command line parameters. in r491 it would give a scroll bar as text got too wide. On the current version the dialog appears to have a smaller font and if I recall does not resize other screen elements accordingly so the window could be shrunk down. The scroll bars didn't appear for me and cause elements with longer lines to wrap to the next line but without carrying forward the indentation that is added to subsections and multili...➤

Idea for Next Update On the off chance the dev reads this, I got an idea for the next SDIO update Basically, I got this update for my "Realtek PCIE CardReader Extension Component", and everytime I install this update and restart, this update continues to show on SDIO, no matter which edition of SDIO I use So maybe a feature to select any drivers that show on our list, and either add it to an "ignore this update only" list so only future versions show on SDIO when we update the drive indexes, or another list which ...

Why SDI gets new packages sooner than SDIO Currently SDIO has package version 1904 and SDi is already at 19112. I wish to know why and if it is possible to get SDIO to get newer packages sooner (and if it is a good idea).
