Thanks very much Glenn, Would the -reindex command be equivalent to deleting the indexes and then reindexing them?

Hello Glenn. Sorry for reporting another bug/problema again.
In this version the problem is with RtkApoApiProxy.dll for SWC\VEN_10EC&SID_0001
Fails to copy

@elreymon can you double check you chose the correct driver for your windows. in other words, if you're on win11, did you choose the driver with the 11x64 marker.
There are two copies of this driver: for 10x64 and 11x64. There is one dll that is present in 11x64 that is missing in 10x64. if you chose the 10x64, windows will want to install the win11 version anyway and will see a file missing.

Deleted Index to force reindex
I confirm I'm on a windows 10 machine. So I think the problem you say can't be happening.
In any case I confirm OS detection is OK and that I try yo install win10x64 drivers.

When deleting the driverpack DP_Sounds_Realtek_ххх.7z and launching the program, it does not offer to download it again, although other driverpacks are offered and downloaded normally.

@patch wasn't able to reproduce it. did you delete the index also?
i did see the bad cast error. won't happen again tho will it?!

I only delete the driverpack itself (the 7-zip archive), leaving the indexes alone. When deleting any other archive, it's immediately offered for download in the program, except for DP_Sounds_Realtek_xxx.7z — if I delete it, it's not offered for download.
