Hi guys! I recently got a new laptop that i bought from china. The laptop came with a win 11 home designed for the brand. I had to reinstall the system so i can put it in my language (spanish). When i finished the instalation i realize that the mouse pad and the fingerprint function dosnt work anymore. I tried everething and chat with the developers, they told me that i have to shipp antoher disk with the OS. I tried with SDIO, there are drivers for mouse pads but it seems to not work. Any suggestions? I would really apreciate if someone knows a way to recover the mousepad at least. Thank you!
Looks like you've scored some obscure hardware. Normally you would go to the manufacturers web site and download the drivers but it sounds like that's not an option. SDIO usually offers a number of alternatives for a given hardware using the double down arrow button. Have you tried those? Otherwise you can only hope the new OS disc works for you.
