Passing the /? output to the executable opens a GUI output of command line parameters. in r491 it would give a scroll bar as text got too wide. On the current version the dialog appears to have a smaller font and if I recall does not resize other screen elements accordingly so the window could be shrunk down.
The scroll bars didn't appear for me and cause elements with longer lines to wrap to the next line but without carrying forward the indentation that is added to subsections and multiline content.
The manual refers to elements that will be removed but that output makes no hint that certain elements are planned for removal in a future version.
