One of the changes to SDIO v1.16 is the additional information on the available drivers list. To see it you need to set the view option to either 1) Don't show driver pack names or 3) Show driver pack names above.

When you set this view mode you'll see additional information on the right hand side about the suggested drivers: the driver version, date and target OS.  This will greatly speed up the process of finding the right driver.  For more detailed information float your mouse over an entry and look for the bottom right section of the popup hint box.

The target OS part is what we call the marker. It's the driver pack's way of telling SDIO about on which versions of Windows this driver could potentially be installed. Of equal importance is the section id seen on the hover popup box. For example, if you see x86 it is for 32 bit Windows, if you see amd64 it is for 64 bit windows. If you see 10.0 it is targeted to Windows 10, if you see 22000 that is Windows 11 (because Windows version 10 builds 22000 and later are actually Windows 11, confused??). So a complete section id might look like   "NTamd64.10.0...22000"  This means 64 bit Windows 11. But it could be only part thereof or nothing at all.   There's a full list of Windows builds here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Microsoft_Windows_versions
