New Windows install and for some reason Snappy Driver doesn't see *any* devices in need of updating.  I figured something had gotten corrupted.  Re-downloaded the latest version and it still sees nothing, even on an old XP laptop that I know has outdated drivers.

Both of these computers are ones that I have run Snappy driver on in the past and it has found drivers for devices for me without issue.

Enabling expert mode and clicking on "unknown" lets me see that for EVERY device on the system, it says "Device is working properly but no driver is found in driver packs" - as if the driver packs no longer have ANY drivers in them.  Ditto on the old laptop.

Something has gone badly wrong.  How can I fix it?

Here it is. A vintage thinkpad laptop with factory default software. Restoring them is my hobby.

In that past, SDIO offers to update everything, but now it shows nothing unless I check the "unknown" box under advanced, and then it shows me the usual list of things (GPU, wifi card, etc), but every single one shows as "no driver found in driver packs."

It's worked for this exact laptop make and model of laptop in the past, now suddenly it doesn't.

looks like you're trying to mix-and-match.  Not a good plan.  I recommend you start again in a fresh directory with the exe files and drivers directory and let it rebuild the cfg file and indexes.

  index_dir='indexes\SDI'
  output_dir='indexes\SDI\txt'
