Hi Glenn,
first of all, thanks for the great tool – we're using it in a corporate environment and rolling it out via Microsoft Intune to our endpoints.
We've run into an issue with the fixed pixel values for positioning (right, left, top, bottom). Since our users have different monitors (e.g. FHD 1080p and 2K 1440p etc.), the position of the overlay varies significantly between setups, even with identical INI files. What looks perfect on a 2K monitor ends up too high or too low on an FHD screen.
Would it be possible to add support for relative/percentage-based positioning? Something like:
bottom=5%
or an alternative parameter such as:
bottom-percent=5
This would make Desktop Info much more suitable for managed/enterprise environments where a single config needs to work across different screen resolutions and DPI settings.
Thanks for considering this, and keep up the excellent work!
Best regards
