We had a major storm through here recently and we suffered damage to the house roof and ceilings. I just received the quote to repair. I’m hoping that a small fraction of the 80,000 odd people that download SDIO and/or Desktop Info every month won’t mind chipping in a few dollars to help out. Hi, I deploy Version 3.12.0 via Intune, essentially a bunch of scripts moving the Desktopinfo64.exe to a folder, along with the ini file that has been altered for my requirements and it also creates a Scheduled task to launch the .exe on logon and it works great.

To fix the scaling issue, I am testing v3.13.0, however, despite amending the scripts to reference the 3.13.0 version,  when deployed it does not seem to pick up the ini file settings and just displays the default info, I can restart the machine, shut down and even log off but it still remains.

However, if I force close the Desktop Info process from the Task Manager, and manually run the .exe from the folder the script has copied it to, it operates as expected, just like V3.12.0

Any ideas what could be going wrong?

You will need to add the full path and file name of the ini file to the arguments in task scheduler.
